Everything we sell is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. Our products are not medicines, are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic or cosmetic use. Our full Research Use Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are ordering for legitimate research purposes, that you are competent to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will comply with the laws and institutional rules that apply to you.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline the order — including where stock is unavailable, where a price was listed in error, or where intended use appears to fall outside the research-only designation.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may change without notice, though a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed for dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm.

Dispatch and delivery are covered by our Shipping & Handling page. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Our Returns & Order Policy explains when an order can be cancelled or returned, and the 48-hour window for reporting damaged or incorrect goods.

Once material is delivered, safe handling, storage, use and disposal are your responsibility. You must not resell or transfer our products for human or animal use.

The content of this website — text, product photography, layout and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss, injury or damage arising from use or misuse of our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
