• Sealed prior to dispatch
• Prepared in controlled handling environments

Packaging is designed to support safe laboratory transport conditions.

We ship within the United Kingdom using recognised courier services. Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch (UK mainland). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.

Where international shipping is offered, orders may be subject to:

• Local customs regulations
• Import restrictions
• Delays outside our control

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding research materials. Dr Peptide is not responsible for customs delays or confiscations.

Once an order has been handed to the courier:

• Risk transfers to the recipient
• Dr Peptide is not responsible for courier delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers are the purchaser's responsibility

If your order arrives damaged, compromised or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Batch reference
• Photographic evidence
