Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we are asked most often about ordering, documentation and the research-only basis on which we supply.

Products & research use

What exactly are these products for?

In-vitro laboratory research and development, and nothing else. They are not medicines and are not supplied for human or veterinary consumption, or for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic or cosmetic use.

Can you advise on dosing or protocols?

No. We do not provide medical, veterinary, dosing or clinical advice, and no member of our team is authorised to do so. Our products are not for administration, so no dosing information exists for them.

What form do the compounds arrive in?

Most compounds are supplied lyophilised (freeze-dried powder) in sealed vials. Some products are offered as a pre-mixed research solution, or as a pre-calibrated research device, where the listing says so.

How should material be stored on arrival?

Lyophilised material should be kept cool, dry and out of direct light. Storage, handling and disposal after delivery are the purchaser's responsibility and should follow your own laboratory's procedures.

Documentation

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?

Yes — batch-linked analytical reference documentation is available for the compounds we supply. A CoA may include batch identification, analytical testing reference, purity verification range, physical description and the research-use designation.

How do I request one?

Email info@drpeptide.co.uk with your order number and the batch reference printed on the vial. Requests must relate strictly to research use.

Does a CoA mean the product is safe for use in humans?

No. Our documentation is an analytical reference for the batch as supplied. It is not a certification of fitness for any use in or on a living subject, and it is not a pharmacopoeial release, a GMP certification or a marketing authorisation.

Ordering & delivery

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are prepared in the UK, typically within 1–2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next working day.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch for UK mainland addresses. These are estimates and depend on courier operations. Tracking is provided where available.

How is my order packaged?

In sealed, contamination-resistant containers, clearly labelled for research use only, prepared in controlled handling environments and packed discreetly.

Do you ship internationally?

Where international shipping is offered, orders may be subject to local customs regulations, import restrictions and delays outside our control. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure compliance with local law.

Returns & payment

Can I return an order?

Opened research compounds cannot be returned, because once a seal is broken we can no longer evidence the material's storage history. Unopened orders can be cancelled before dispatch. See our Returns & Order Policy for the detail.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at info@drpeptide.co.uk, with your order number, the batch reference and photographs of the item and its outer packaging. We will review and respond.

Do you offer wholesale or distributor pricing?

Yes. We supply research laboratories, distributors, resellers and institutions. See the Wholesale page for tiered pricing, minimum order values and terms.
