Returns & Order Policy

Research compounds are supplied sealed, batch-referenced and labelled for research use only. Once a seal is broken we can no longer evidence the storage or handling history of that material, so it cannot re-enter supply. For that reason opened items are not eligible for return.

You may cancel an order at no cost provided the request reaches us before the order has been dispatched and before it has entered fulfilment processing. Email info@drpeptide.co.uk with your order number as early as you can — we typically prepare orders within 1–2 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, incorrect or incomplete, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• The batch reference on the affected item
• Photographs of the item and its outer packaging

Where we are satisfied the fault is ours or occurred in transit, we will replace the affected item or refund it. We may ask you to return the item before we do so, and we will cover that return cost.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your provider. Delivery charges are refunded where the whole order was faulty or incorrect.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or it went unclaimed, we will contact you. A redelivery may incur a further shipping charge. Where an order is refunded in these circumstances, the original shipping cost is not refundable.

We may cancel and refund an order at any point before dispatch — for example where stock is unavailable, where an item was listed at a manifestly incorrect price, or where the intended use appears to fall outside the research-only designation of our products.

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not for medical, clinical, diagnostic or cosmetic application.
